Our unique and proprietary Black Belt Training Program at Karate Academy Online currently contains over 120 video and written lessons (and we're adding to it weekly!) to guide you through each level of your progression, from white belt all the way through black belt and beyond. The Black Belt Program contains ten modules, one module corresponding to each belt level from white belt all the way through Black Belt. Each of these modules contain twelve to fourteen (12 - 14) lessons covering kata (forms), skill drills (to enhance skills and keep learning fun and exciting), one-step self-defense drills, prearranged attack and defense sets, and historical data on the formation of Okinawan Martial Arts. Each lesson builds on itself and leads to the successful completion for that belt level.
